Ingredients

- 1 pound sushi-grade tuna, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 avocado, diced
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crackers or cucumber slices, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, chives, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using). Gently mix.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the diced avocado and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- To serve, layer the avocado mixture and tuna mixture in a mold or simply spoon onto plates.
- Serve immediately with crackers or cucumber slices.

- Use fresh, high-quality sushi-grade tuna for the best flavor and safety.
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
