- 1 cup warm water (105-115°F)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, sugar, instant yeast, and salt.
- Gradually add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a soft, sticky dough forms. The dough will be wetter than traditional bread dough.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes, or until doubled in size.
- Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper. With wet hands, gently divide the dough into 6 equal portions and carefully shape them into rolls. Avoid overhandling the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
