Ingredients

  • Optional: 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the broccoli is evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
  4. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the broccoli is tender-crisp and slightly charred.
  5. If desired, toss with fresh lemon juice and/or grated Parmesan cheese immediately after removing from the air fryer. Serve hot.
