Description
A quick and easy recipe for crispy broccoli cooked in an air fryer, seasoned with garlic and lemon.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 large head broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Optional: 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the broccoli is evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the broccoli is tender-crisp and slightly charred.
- If desired, toss with fresh lemon juice and/or grated Parmesan cheese immediately after removing from the air fryer. Serve hot.
Notes
- For best results, ensure broccoli florets are a similar size for even cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model and desired crispiness.
