Instructions
- In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the vanilla extract and egg.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the air fryer basket, leaving space between each cookie.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool in the basket for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
- For a crispier cookie, flatten the dough slightly before cooking.
- You can add a pinch of sea salt on top of the cookies before baking.
