  • 1 pound baby potatoes, quartered

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the steak and potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Place the steak and potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding. You may need to cook in batches.
