Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 pound baby potatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the steak and potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Place the steak and potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding. You may need to cook in batches.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- While the steak and potatoes are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
- Once the steak and potatoes are done, transfer them to a bowl and pour the garlic butter sauce over them. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispy potatoes, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer and desired doneness of the steak.
- Add other vegetables like bell peppers or onions for a more complete meal.
