Quick and easy garlic parmesan shrimp cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on or off)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 5-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the shrimp and your air fryer model.
- Transfer the cooked shrimp to a serving bowl. Immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley. Toss gently to combine.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side, if desired.
