Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  4. Air fry for 5-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the shrimp and your air fryer model.
