- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
- Lemon wedges (for serving, optional)
Instructions
- Pat the shrimp thoroughly dry with paper towels.
- In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping or shaking halfway through, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve with lemon wedges.
