- 1 small turkey (5–7 pounds), thawed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Rub the mixture all over the turkey.
- Place the turkey in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.
