- 4 cups apple cider
- 1 bottle (750ml) dry red wine
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1 apple, cored and sliced
- 1 pear, cored and sliced
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Optional: Sparkling water or ginger ale for topping
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine apple cider, red wine, and brandy.
- Add sliced apple, pear, cranberries, and cinnamon stick to the pitcher.
- Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, add sparkling water or ginger ale for a bubbly twist, if desired.
- Serve chilled and garnish with extra fruit slices and a cinnamon stick.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less apple cider.
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the wine with sparkling apple cider or grape juice.
- Feel free to add other seasonal fruits like oranges or pomegranate seeds.
