- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 orange, sliced

- Optional: 1/4 cup maple syrup or brown sugar to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot or slow cooker.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for at least 1 hour, or up to 3 hours, to allow flavors to meld.
- Strain the cider through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove solids.
- Taste and add maple syrup or brown sugar if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
