- 1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pour the apple pie filling into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the apple pie filling.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix. Try to cover as much of the dry mix as possible.
- Sprinkle cinnamon (and nuts, if using) over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the apples are bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
