Description

These no-bake cheesecake balls feature a creamy Baileys-infused filling, coated in chocolate and sprinkles. They are easy to make and perfect for a treat.


Ingredients

  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 200g milk chocolate, melted
  • Sprinkles, for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth.
  2. Stir in the Baileys Irish Cream until combined.
  3. Add the crushed digestive biscuits and mix well.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted milk chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
  7. Immediately decorate with sprinkles.
  8. Return to the refrigerator to set the chocolate, about 15 minutes.
