- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 200g milk chocolate, melted
- Sprinkles, for decoration
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth.
- Stir in the Baileys Irish Cream until combined.
- Add the crushed digestive biscuits and mix well.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Dip each ball into the melted milk chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Immediately decorate with sprinkles.
- Return to the refrigerator to set the chocolate, about 15 minutes.
Notes
- For best results, ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing.
- You can use white chocolate or dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
