- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt

- 1–2 tablespoons chocolate chips
- Optional toppings: extra banana slices, nuts, a drizzle of syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small oven-safe ramekin or baking dish.
- Mash the ripe banana in a bowl.
- Add rolled oats, milk, maple syrup (if using), baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Stir to combine.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared ramekin or baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until set and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes and serve warm with optional toppings.
