Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Stir in the melted butter, baking soda, salt, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Mix in the flour until just combined.

- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
