- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- In the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush the wings generously with BBQ sauce.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, you can pat them dry thoroughly and let them sit uncovered in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model and the size of the wings.
