Description
This pasta salad tastes like a Big Mac. It combines ground beef, pasta, cheese, and a special sauce.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles
- 1/4 cup chopped white onion
- Lettuce for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a large skillet until browned. Drain fat.
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
- Add cooked ground beef, macaroni, cheddar cheese, chopped pickles, and chopped onion to the bowl with the sauce. Mix well to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with shredded lettuce before serving.
Notes
- For best flavor, let the salad chill for a few hours or overnight.
- You can adjust the amount of sauce to your preference.
- Add sesame seeds for an authentic Big Mac bun flavor.
