Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cooked sausage, cheese, bread cubes, and onion.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
