- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped celery (optional, for garnish)
- Tortilla chips or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the drained canned chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing.
- Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese (if using).
- Pour the mixture into a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped celery (if desired).
- Serve hot with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more buffalo wing sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- If you don’t have blue cheese, you can omit it or use more cheddar cheese.
- This dip can also be made in a slow cooker on low for 1-2 hours.
