A creamy and flavorful buffalo chicken dip made in the crock pot, perfect for game days and parties.
Ingredients

- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped celery (optional for serving)
- 1/4 cup chopped carrots (optional for serving)
- Tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks for serving
Instructions
- Combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, and ranch dressing in the crock pot.
- Stir until well combined and the cream cheese is melted.
- Stir in the blue cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or on high for 1-1.5 hours, until the dip is heated through and bubbly.
- Stir before serving.
- Serve hot with your favorite dippers, such as tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks. Garnish with chopped celery and carrots if desired.
Notes
- For a thicker dip, you can drain some of the liquid from the chicken.
- Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your spice preference.
- You can substitute blue cheese with more cheddar cheese if you prefer.
- This dip can be made ahead and reheated in the crock pot or microwave.
