Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake crust for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool.
- In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, butterscotch chips, milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until butterscotch chips are melted and mixture is smooth.

- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set.
