 - 4 bell peppers (any color), halved and seeded
 - 1 pound ground beef
 - 1 small onion, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
 - 1/2 cup ketchup
 - 1 tablespoon mustard
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - Optional toppings: chopped pickles, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
 - Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
 - Stir in salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
 - Add diced tomatoes, ketchup, and mustard to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
 - Arrange bell pepper halves in a baking dish.
 - Spoon the beef mixture into each bell pepper half.
 - Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bell peppers are tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
 - Garnish with optional toppings such as pickles, lettuce, and diced tomatoes before serving.

- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
 - You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of ground beef.
