Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
  • 2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning according to package directions.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese soup, and milk.
  5. Spread half of the crushed Doritos in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Layer the seasoned ground beef over the Doritos.
  7. Pour the soup mixture over the beef.
  8. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded Colby-Jack cheese over the soup mixture.
  9. Top with the remaining crushed Doritos.
  10. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of Colby-Jack cheese.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  12. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
