- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (10 ounce) bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
- 2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning according to package directions.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese soup, and milk.
- Spread half of the crushed Doritos in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the seasoned ground beef over the Doritos.
- Pour the soup mixture over the beef.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded Colby-Jack cheese over the soup mixture.
- Top with the remaining crushed Doritos.
- Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of Colby-Jack cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use any flavor of Doritos you prefer.
- Adjust taco seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with your favorite toppings like sour cream, salsa, or jalapeños.
