These Cheesy Dynamite Chicken Buns are a flavor explosion! Soft buns filled with spicy, cheesy chicken make the perfect appetizer or snack. This recipe is easy to follow and guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser.

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and sweet chili sauce.
- Add the cooked chicken to the sauce mixture and stir to coat.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and green onions.
- Slice the Hawaiian sweet rolls in half horizontally.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the chicken mixture.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter and garlic powder. Brush over the top of the rolls.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sriracha sauce to your desired level of spiciness.
- You can use other types of cheese, such as pepper jack or Monterey Jack.
- For a crispier bun, bake for a few extra minutes.
