  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until fully cooked.
  3. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and sweet chili sauce.
  4. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce mixture and stir to coat.
  5. Stir in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and green onions.
  6. Slice the Hawaiian sweet rolls in half horizontally.
  7. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  8. Place the top half of the rolls over the chicken mixture.
  9. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and garlic powder. Brush over the top of the rolls.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Let cool slightly before serving.
