- 1 lb gnocchi
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 cup spinach
Instructions
- Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and butter until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If using spinach, add it to the sauce and cook until wilted.
- Add cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat in the Alfredo sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add your favorite vegetables like broccoli or peas.
