- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, thinly sliced or shredded
- 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 8–12 soft flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- Warm the soft flour tortillas according to package directions (microwave, oven, or a dry skillet).
- Serve the seasoned chicken mixture in the warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
