- 1 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Optional: Sliced red onion, bell peppers, or shredded carrots
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken and chopped spinach to the cream cheese mixture. Stir well to combine, ensuring all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Lay out a flour tortilla. Spoon about 1/4 of the chicken and spinach mixture onto the center of each tortilla. If using, add optional fillings like red onion, bell peppers, or carrots.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom to create a wrap.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a quick meal prep option.

- For a spicier wrap, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
