- 3 cups cold milk
- 3–4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate and chill for 30 minutes.
- Make the Chocolate Pudding: Whisk together instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes, or until thickened. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in 1 cup of the prepared chocolate pudding.
- Assemble the Pie: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Arrange sliced bananas over the cream cheese layer. Spread the remaining chocolate pudding over the bananas.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Prepare the Whipped Cream Topping: Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Serve: Spread whipped cream over the pie. Garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder, if desired. Slice and serve.

- For best results, chill the pie overnight.
- Use ripe but firm bananas to prevent them from becoming mushy.
