- 1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
- Whipped cream, for topping

Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips and heavy cream in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk.
- Pour chocolate mixture into the chocolate cookie pie crust.
- In a separate bowl, gently mix cherry pie filling with cherry juice.
- Spoon cherry mixture over the chocolate layer, spreading evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
