- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1–2 teaspoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
- In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk for the glaze until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the protein bites.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- You can use any type of milk for the glaze.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon to the glaze for extra flavor.
