Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut each ear of corn lengthwise into quarters.
- In a bowl, toss the corn ribs with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the corn ribs in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred, flipping halfway through.
