Ingredients

  • 34 lb corned beef brisket, with spice packet
  • 1 large onion, quartered
  • 3 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Rinse the corned beef brisket under cold water.
  2. Place the onion, carrots, and celery in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Place the corned beef on top of the vegetables, fat side up.
  4. Sprinkle the spice packet over the corned beef.
  5. Pour beef broth and water into the slow cooker, ensuring the brisket is mostly submerged.
