This creamy Cajun shrimp pasta is a quick and easy dinner idea. It’s perfect for a weeknight meal.

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 pound pasta, cooked
Instructions
- Season the shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-5 minutes. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce has thickened slightly, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in parsley and cooked pasta. Add the shrimp back to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preference.
