- 1 pound pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add ranch dressing, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until well combined and heated through. Do not boil.
- Add the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon to the skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly with the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

- For a thicker sauce, simmer for a few extra minutes.
- You can add vegetables like broccoli florets or peas for extra nutrition.
