- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed, drained (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper. Add sun-dried tomatoes, if using.
