  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces egg noodles, cooked

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  2. Add mushrooms and onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.

  4. Gradually whisk in chicken broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  5. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  7. Serve stroganoff over cooked egg noodles.
