  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese into 1-inch cubes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Set up a breading station: one bowl with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each cheese cube in flour, dip in egg, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the bites in batches for 1-2 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately while the cheese is ooey-gooey!
