- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter.
- Sprinkle panko mixture evenly over Brussels sprouts.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are tender and panko is golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice after roasting.
- You can substitute regular breadcrumbs for panko if needed.
