- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the crockpot.
- Top with half of the sliced onions and half of the cubed ham.
- Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, onions, and ham.
- In a saucepan, whisk together melted butter and flour until smooth.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Stir in salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour sauce over the potato mixture in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
