- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Spread this mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the meatloaf is cooked through.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
