Description

This recipe makes tender chicken with a sweet and tangy pineapple BBQ sauce. It is easy to prepare in a slow cooker.

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. In the slow cooker, combine the crushed pineapple (undrained), BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.

  5. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
