- 1 (6-8 pound) boneless turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Rub turkey breast with olive oil.
- Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the turkey breast.
- Pour chicken broth into the crockpot.
- Place turkey breast in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sliced onions and carrots to the bottom of the crockpot.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the turkey is fully cooked.
