- 2 slices thick-cut bread (brioche, challah, or sourdough)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Fresh berries or sliced fruit
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Whisk together Greek yogurt, egg yolk, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using) in a small bowl until smooth.
- Lay bread slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in an air fryer basket. Create a slight well in the center of each slice.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture evenly into the wells of the toast.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes (oven) or air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 7-10 minutes (air fryer), until topping is set and golden.
- Remove from oven or air fryer, top with fresh fruit, and dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm.

- Full-fat or 0% fat Greek yogurt can be used.
- Adjust maple syrup or honey to your preferred sweetness.
