Description

These easy-to-make dessert wraps are a delicious, quick treat perfect for any time you need something sweet.


Ingredients

  • 6 flour tortillas (burrito or taco size)
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Optional: chocolate syrup, caramel sauce, powdered sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
  2. Brush one side of each tortilla generously with melted butter.
  3. Sprinkle the buttered side of each tortilla with the cinnamon sugar mixture, ensuring an even coating.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla, cinnamon-sugar side down, into the hot skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Flip the tortilla and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until lightly golden. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  6. Remove from skillet and immediately roll each tortilla tightly, or cut into wedges. Serve warm.
  7. For an extra treat, drizzle with chocolate syrup or caramel sauce, or dust with powdered sugar before serving.
