- 6 flour tortillas (burrito or taco size)
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Optional: chocolate syrup, caramel sauce, powdered sugar for topping
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
- Brush one side of each tortilla generously with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the buttered side of each tortilla with the cinnamon sugar mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla, cinnamon-sugar side down, into the hot skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Flip the tortilla and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until lightly golden. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Remove from skillet and immediately roll each tortilla tightly, or cut into wedges. Serve warm.
- For an extra treat, drizzle with chocolate syrup or caramel sauce, or dust with powdered sugar before serving.
