Instructions
- Cook the ditalini pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
