- 400g milk chocolate, chopped
- 100g white chocolate, chopped
- 50g pistachio, chopped
- 50g rose petals, dried
- 2 tbsp kunafa dough, shredded
Instructions
- Melt milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate into a mold and spread evenly.
- Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the milk chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle pistachio, rose petals, and kunafa dough over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Break into pieces and serve.
