Easy wonton casserole recipe for a quick dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 30 wonton wrappers
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown ground pork over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in spinach, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- In a baking dish, layer 10 wonton wrappers, followed by half of the meat mixture and 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat layers twice.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Add mushrooms or water chestnuts for extra texture.
- Use ground turkey or chicken instead of pork.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
