 - 2 lbs chicken wings, whole or party-style
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings thoroughly dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss the dried chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 18-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the wings are cooked through and golden brown.
- In a clean large bowl, pour the BBQ sauce. Add the cooked wings and toss until they are completely coated.
- Return the coated wings to the air fryer basket in a single layer if possible and air fry for another 5-7 minutes at 375°F (190°C), or until the sauce is caramelized and slightly sticky.
- Serve hot.
