A simple and quick recipe for cooking salmon fillets in your air fryer, resulting in a flaky and flavorful meal.

 - 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each, 1-inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Brush both sides of each salmon fillet with olive oil. Combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes. Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overlapping.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Adjust time for fillet thickness.
- Remove the salmon from the air fryer. Let it rest for 1-2 minutes before serving with lemon wedges.
