Description

Ingredients

  • 6 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  3. Pour the apple mixture into an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, and rolled oats.
  5. Add the cold butter to the flour mixture. Use your fingers or a pastry blender to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the apple mixture in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
