Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
- Place chicken pieces in a resealable bag or shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Remove chicken from marinade and cook as desired (grill, bake, or pan-sear).
